CA Leading the way in Healthcare Reform

Hello everyone,

This year the CA Legislature will pass 2 measures that will fundamentally change the way we do healthcare in this state. There are only 2 because Gov. Schwarzenegger’s healthcare proposal does not have an author.

AB 8 (Nunez/Perata) and SB 840 (Kuehl) tackle the issue different ways. Stay tuned because we will be offering the non-partisan Pros and Cons of both bills and their likelihood of being signed by the Governor.
